At Stellar Novac, we stand behind every piece we create. If something doesn’t align with your stellar expectations, we offer a return policy as fair and fluid as the fashion we make.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

• The product is in original resellable condition

• You can provide valid proof of purchase

To start a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with instructions and guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of shipment.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective item.

What Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that show clear signs of wear or use

• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

• Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection—but in the rare case your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos and a brief description, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, reach out to us as soon as possible. If your item has not yet been shipped, we’ll cancel and process a full refund. Otherwise, the return process will apply.
